Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson were aware that there was no turning back once they walked into the Hamburg church. Ashley was only 17 and had never had a relationship in a relationship with another man prior to that. The couple began their relationship extremely slowly. They fell in love instantly. Andrew asked God to bless him on New Years Eve just before the year's end, to grant him another blessing in the year 2016. He wanted Ashley to say yes. Ashley decided to plan an event with a traditional woodsy theme, which could truly reflect her and Andrew. Andrew and Ashley incorporated their most loved things to create the perfect wedding. Ashley was born in the 40-acre property that was selected as their venue. Ashley played and explored throughout the entire land, even the paths they had taken in order to reach it. On top of that Andrew and Ashley were walking around the area many times when they first began dating. Since the wedding was essentially homemade, personalization played an important role. Andrew and Ashley's father built the seating area and an arch to be used during the wedding ceremony. Ashley painted many of the decorations. Ashley declares, "Our wedding would not be the unforgettable experience that I had always envisioned if Anna's beautiful flower arrangements hadn't been created." Simply stunning.
